OCEAN Winds offers free WIND Rider memberships to anyone interested in joining the discussion about Floating Offshore Wind Farms deployed along the Oregon Coast. WIND Riders are kept informed of the activities and events of OCEAN Winds and are given access to our TALKING CIRCLE.
